Grounded in dissonant guitars and post-punk rhythms, this trio from Victoria creates futurist retro-pop along the lines of Can or The Wire.  After touring Canada with Viet Cong, Freak Heat Waves comes to us with lasting magnetic sound collages. A totally destabilizing experience.
